How to make it

  • Boil water in a caserole.
  • Melt Tablea/Cacao bars in 1 cup of hot water.
  • Add the chocolate into the boiling water.
  • Stir continuously while adding the milk and sugar.
  • Throw in the pandan or lemon grass leaves.
  • Simmer for another 15 minutes.
  • Serve in small cups/mugs. Sprinkle cinnamon powder before serving.
