Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Tablea or Pure Cacao bars
  • 3 cups full cream milk
  • 3 cups sugar (refined or confectioner's)
  • 2 litres water
  • 4 pieces pandan leaves or lemon grass
  • cinnamon powder (optional)

Directions
  1. Boil water in a caserole.
  2. Melt Tablea/Cacao bars in 1 cup of hot water.
  3. Add the chocolate into the boiling water.
  4. Stir continuously while adding the milk and sugar.
  5. Throw in the pandan or lemon grass leaves.
  6. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
  7. Serve in small cups/mugs. Sprinkle cinnamon powder before serving.
