lamb stuffed chopps

- 8-12 either lamb chopps or lamb neck chopps shopping list
- 1/2 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1 table spoon either marmite or beef stock shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 medium onion shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons mixed herbs shopping list
- pinch salt n pepper shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp oil shopping list
How to make it
- place lamb choops in a banking dish. add beef stock or marmite to the 1/2 cup boiling water and stirr until dissolved. add the boiling water all over the lamb chopps so there is some in the bottom of the dish, in a bowl mix the bread brumbs, onion,mixed herbs, salt n pepper, eggs and oil then place spoon fulls all over the chopps. place in the oven for 30-45 minutes in 160 deg.
