How to make it

  • whip the fresh cream with a drop or two of almong essence
  • bash your ginger nut biscuits in bag into different size pieces (for crunch)
  • soak the sponge fingers in the espresso
  • layer the ingredients in a bowl starting with the strawberries, then sponge fingers, then cream, then ginger nut biscuits and repeat.
  • finish with a layer of cream topped with some biscuit crumbs and a dusting of cocoa powder.
  • chill until you're ready and eat!
