- punnet of fresh strawberries roughly sliced shopping list
- 500mls fresh cream shopping list
- almond essence shopping list
- sponge fingers shopping list
- fresh espresso shopping list
- ginger nut biscuits shopping list
- cocoa powder shopping list
How to make it
- whip the fresh cream with a drop or two of almong essence
- bash your ginger nut biscuits in bag into different size pieces (for crunch)
- soak the sponge fingers in the espresso
- layer the ingredients in a bowl starting with the strawberries, then sponge fingers, then cream, then ginger nut biscuits and repeat.
- finish with a layer of cream topped with some biscuit crumbs and a dusting of cocoa powder.
- chill until you're ready and eat!
