My husband and I think we have put together the perfect ingredients to make a wonderful, spicy, buffalo chicken pizza. If you liked the pizza hut buffalo chicken pizza, then you will LOVE this one!

Ingredients
  • Dough:
  • 2 cups bread Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Yeast
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • Pizza Toppings:
  • 1 cup cooked, chopped chicken
  • 5 onion slices
  • Budweiser Buffalo wing sauce (or whatever you prefer)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees farenheit
  2. Mix warm water with sugar and yeast in a medium-large mixing bowl
  3. Let rest for about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix in salt and oil and then one cup of flour.
  5. Gradually add 2nd cup of flour until it forms a ball. Use your hands to form and knead the dough. (I usually knead it about 5-10 min)
  6. Let the dough rest 10-15 minutes in a bowl covered with a dish towel or saran to keep it warm.
  7. Spread out onto greased pizza pan.
  8. Spread buffalo sauce over the crust, as much or as little as you like. (we find a thin layer over all does the trick)
  9. Add the chicken and onions next and sprinkle cheese all over the top.
  10. Cook for 15 minutes and enjoy!!
