Turkey Burger Chimichamgas

- 1 lb. ground turkey/chicken/beef a little over 1 lb is ok shopping list
- 1 pckg. shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 can of refried beans shopping list
- 1 package of taco seasoning shopping list
- chopped onions (as much as you want) shopping list
- package of burrito size taco shells usually about 8 shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- lettuce shopping list
- tomatoes shopping list
- olives shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
- jalepenios shopping list
- onions shopping list
- hot sauce shopping list
- whatever topping you enjoy on a taco shopping list
How to make it
- Brown your choice of ground meat.
- Add your taco seasoning and prepare as if your making meat for tacos.
- Meanwhile pour about 1/2 an inch of oil into stove top pan. And turn in on medium/low
- When taco meat is thouroughly cooked add cheese about 3/4 package, refried beans, chopped onions
- cook and stir till cheese and beans are well blended with meat.
- Lay a shell on the table add about 3/4 of a cup of mixture onto the middle of the shell fold all 4 sides in to make a square use a toothpick to secure the shell sides in place.
- Carefully set the shell in the oil. Adjust the temperature accordingly to how the chimichanga is cooking. Cook bothe sides till golden brown. Remove from oil add toppings and enjoy!
- This is a simple failure free recipe.
