How to make it

  • In a small bowl combine the hot pepper sauce, Italian dressing and cumin, mix well. (Set aside 1/2 cup of the dressing). Separately in a bowl, add enough dressing to lightly coat the beef and let marinate for approximately 1 hour.
  • Fry the beef in a hot skillet and cook until completely done. Then allow the beef to cool down. In a medium-sized bowl mix up the beef with the beans, onions, corn and the 1/2 cup of dressing. You should refrigerate for several hours before you serve.
  • Toss the beef and vegetable mixture with the shredded cheese, salad greens and tomatoes. Add extra dressing to taste, top with the crushed tortilla chips and serve.
