How to make it

  • Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  • Make hamburg into 16 equal size balls. Place ball in center of a slice of bun. Use a butter knife to spread the hamburg over the whole top of the bun. Seaon it with you choice of spices. place on cookie sheets and put into oven for 15-20 minutes or until hamburg looks done.

    I think this looks good......similar to what my mom made looking for her recipe, she used ketchup in the hamburger mix, onion soup mix, and unsure of what else, on the buns yes, cooking in oven yes but wonder if maybe broiled......my mom did all the cooking we had 10 kids so lots of open faced or party hamburgers they are so good
