Ingredients
- 1 3.4 oz package cook & chocolate pudding, prepared as directed
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (dry)
- 1 6 oz package chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
Directions
- Pour prepared pudding over dry cake mix and beat with mixer. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

I just use a cake mix w/pudding in it already - and I only use Duncan Hines. I finish this baby off with a white divinty frosting. I get lots of invitations to parties - as long as I bring this cake! LOL! Better eaten cold from the fridge. I'm thinking next time I make this I'll add chocolate mousse between layers.
