Meat chops flavored with onions and little spicy stuuf

Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg chops
  • 8 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 potatoes cut in thin rounds
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • whole mix spices
  • 1 cup oil
  • coriander leaves
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp ground mix spice
  • 1 cup water

Directions
  1. Heat oil fry whole spices.
  2. Add chops, ginger, garlic ,chilli , cumin and fry till water dries up , than add 1 cup water and cook till chops are tender.
  3. Add shredded onions , tomatoes and potatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on very slow flame.
  5. When cooked add coriander leaves and green chillies and ground mix spice.
