- 3 CUPS OF ALL PURPOSE flour shopping list
- 3 TEASPOONS baking powder shopping list
- PINCH OF salt shopping list
- 1/4 POUND PLUS 4 TABLESPOONS butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 CUPS sugar shopping list
- 3 LARGE eggs shopping list
- 1 CUP milk shopping list
- 1/2 CUP molasses shopping list
- 1 1/2 TEASPOON cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 TEASPOON ground cloves shopping list
- 1/4 TEASPOON ground ginger shopping list
How to make it
- 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F
- 2. STIR TOGATHER THE FLOWER,BAKING POWDER, AND SALT ( SET ASIDE)
- 3. CREAM THE BUTTET AND SUGAR. BEAT IN THE EGGS(1 AT A TIME). ADD THE FLOUR MIXTURE ALTERNATELY WITH THE MILK. BEAT THE BATTER FOR 30 SCEONDS
- 4.POUR HALF THE BATTER INTO ONE BOWL. STIE IN THE MOLASSES AND SPICES. (NOW YOU HAVE TWO BOWLS OF BATTER .ONE LIGHT AND ONE DARK. POUR THE LIGHT AND THE DARK BATTERS ALTERNATELY INTO 2 LIGHTLY FLOWERED WELL-GREASED LOAF PANS. BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES, OR UNTIL DONE.COOL AND FROST IF DESIRED.
