Hamburger Soup Recipe
This soup is quick and flavorful. Once you make this soup you will find you can adapt it to just about anything. I sometimes use beef broth, and skip the veggies or add other veggies.

Ingredients
  • 1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatos (your flavor preference) with juice
  • 2 cans diced potatos with water they are in
  • 1 can red kidney beans with juice
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can peas (drained) optional
  • 4 to 6 beef boullion
  • 2lbs hamburger
  • Optional 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion chopped or 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Fry hamburger with onion (or powder)
  2. Drain and place in large stock pot with tomatos, carrots, potatos, kidney beans, tomatos soup and 1 to 2 cans of water (from soup can) and beef boullion.
  3. Heat and bring to a boil, once boil begins add peas cover and cook for about an hour on low heat.
  4. You can add more water but if you do, also add more beef boullion.
