Very easy homeade pizza, great to do with your kids.

Ingredients
  • 1 Large loaf of Ciabatta Bread, you can use any other bread, french, but I have learned this bread is very porous and gets good and crunchy when baked
  • 4 tbs of good olive oil, i prefer garlic chili dipping oil- gives great spicy flavor
  • 1 jar of pizza sauce
  • 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
  • 15-20 slices of pepperoni
  • 1 cup cooked sausage
  • sprinkling of italian seasoning

Directions
  1. Slice loaf long ways and place each side face up
  2. Drizzle 2 tbs of olive oil on bread making sure it is spread out evenly
  3. coat with pizza sauce
  4. sprinkle light layer of cheese
  5. put pepperoni and sausage on
  6. cover liberally with remaining cheese
  7. sprinkle italian seasoning on top
  8. bake 20 -25 minutes until golden brown
