How to make it

  • Mix 2 eggs, corn muffin mix, well-drained whole kernel corn,
  • Cream style corn, sour cream and melted margarine.
  • Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes (maybe longer)
  • I used a 9 X 13 pan so if didn’t take longer.
  • Last five minutes sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese is hot and bubbly.
