Ingredients
  • 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (8.5 oz)
  • 1 Can Cream Style Corn (16 oz)
  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (16 oz) drain
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick melted margarine (1/2 cup)
  • ½ - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions
  1. Mix 2 eggs, corn muffin mix, well-drained whole kernel corn,
  2. Cream style corn, sour cream and melted margarine.
  3. Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes (maybe longer)
  4. I used a 9 X 13 pan so if didn’t take longer.
  5. Last five minutes sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese is hot and bubbly.
