Corn Casserole

- 1 Box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8.5 oz) shopping list
- 1 Can Cream Style corn (16 oz) shopping list
- 1 Can whole kernel corn (16 oz) drain shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 stick melted margarine (1/2 cup) shopping list
- ½ - 1 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix 2 eggs, corn muffin mix, well-drained whole kernel corn,
- Cream style corn, sour cream and melted margarine.
- Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes (maybe longer)
- I used a 9 X 13 pan so if didn’t take longer.
- Last five minutes sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese is hot and bubbly.
