How to make it

  • 1. Make paste of gram flour, pinch of baking soda, salt to taste, red chili powder and some water. Keep aside
  • 2. Take mash potato in a bowl add anar dana, coriander powder, fresh coriander, salt and 1/4 tsp red chili powder and mix it well.
  • 3. Take a green chili retain it's cap, with a sharp knife mark one side and remove seeds and fill in potatos
  • 4. Fill the remaining chillies as above
  • 5. heat oil, dip chilies in gram paste and deep fry til golden
  • 6. Serve with hot and sour maggi sauce
