a simple spicy indian stuffed recipe

Ingredients
- * 6 long and fresh green chilies
- * 1 boiled, mashed potato
- * salt to taste
- * 2 tbsp dry pomegranate (sukha anar dana)
- * 1 tsp crushed coriander dry
- * 1/4 cup fresh coriander chopped
- * 1/2 cup gram flour
- * 1/4 tsp baking soda
- * 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- * oil for deep frying
Directions
- 1. Make paste of gram flour, pinch of baking soda, salt to taste, red chili powder and some water. Keep aside
- 2. Take mash potato in a bowl add anar dana, coriander powder, fresh coriander, salt and 1/4 tsp red chili powder and mix it well.
- 3. Take a green chili retain it's cap, with a sharp knife mark one side and remove seeds and fill in potatos
- 4. Fill the remaining chillies as above
- 5. heat oil, dip chilies in gram paste and deep fry til golden
- 6. Serve with hot and sour maggi sauce
