- 3 lb BULK sausage meat shopping list
- 2/3 C CHOPPED onion shopping list
- 3/4 C flour shopping list
- 8 c HOT 1/2 & 1/2 shopping list
- sea salt & pepper TO TASTE shopping list
- 1tb BON APPETITE OR TO TASTE shopping list
- 1/2 tb poultry seasoning OR TO TASTE shopping list
- 1 tb CAVENDERS OR TO TASTE shopping list
How to make it
- HEAT THE PAN AND FRY SAUSAGE AND ONION UNTIL SAUSAGE IS BROWN AND ONION IS CLEAR. DRAIN OFF GREASE EXCEPT FOR 2 TABLESPOONS. STIR IN FLOWER AND COOK FOR A MINUTE. ADD THE HOT 1/2 & 1/2. (HEAT IN THE MICROWAVE). ADD SPICES. STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL MIXTURE THICKENS AND THEN SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. NOT TOO MUCH SALT!
