Fried Collard Greens

- 2 16 ounce frozen collards or 1 bunch washed and chopped very fine stem and all shopping list
- 2 large yellow onions chopped shopping list
- 3 habenero peppers whole shopping list
- 2 pound pig feet cut into bite sized pieces shopping list
- 2 pound chicken cut into bite size pieces shopping list
- 2 pound stew beef shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cups canola oils shopping list
- 1/4 cup worchester sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp seasoned salt- Lawery's shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- Wash pig feet and boil until just tender. Approx. 11/2 hour. shopping list
- You can add a onion and salt if you like. Set aside to cool or you can cook them the day ahead. shopping list
- In a large pot add 1 cup oil. Heat. shopping list
- season washed chicken and beef stew meat with 1 tsp seasoned salt. Drop in oil a small portion at a time brown. Drain on paper towel. shopping list
- Add onion and collards to oil left in pot. Pot will be hot and sear greens and onions. Add all the meat back to pot including pig feet. Add other ingredients. Sir with large wooded spoon. Lower heat to medium. Cover with lid and simmer for about 45-1 hour. The beef should be tender. shopping list
