Spanish Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients

2 Cans of Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)

1 Medium Onion Chopped

2Medium size Potatoes, red or white

1 Large Carton of Chicken Broth

1 Package Goya Sazon Seasoning with Coriander and Annatto

1 container of Oscar Meyer turkey sausage cut up in slices

Directions

Mix Chicken Broth, Onion, Potatoes, Sausage, and Seasoning in a large pot. You may need to add some extra chicken broth or water to keep the fluids from running out. If you want it to cook fast you can cook it boiling on med/high for about 2-3 hours. If you want it to cook slow bring to a boil, then turn down to simmer, cover for 6-8 hours. It's good either way.
