How to make it

  • Mix the diced vegetables with the olive oil ad place on hot BBQ plate. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring well, or until the vegetables are beginning to soften.
  • When cool, mix the veggies with the beef mince and season with salt and pepper. Divide into 10 and form into burger shapes.
  • Cook burgers rotating once for 6-7 minutes on each side (or until cooked to preference)
