How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • Combine bulgur and boiling water and let sit while assembling the rest of the ingredients
  • In skillet, heat oil and add onion, chili pepper, garlic and sauté until soft.
  • Drain bulgur and squeeze dry
  • In large bowl, combine meat with bulgur, onion mixture and the rest of the ingredients
  • Shape into loaf in a baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until juices run clear
  • Let stand for about 10 minutes to set.
