How to make it

  • Brown your ground beef on the stovetop. (You can also use ground turkey for a healthier alternative)
  • Drain the meat in a strainer and then place it in a medium size pot.
  • Cut up your velvetta into cubes and add them to the pot.
  • Add the two cans of rotel to the pot.
  • Put your stove on medium heat and stir constantly until the cheese has melted.
  • Mix well and serve hot.
