Cranberry Pork Roast

- 3 lbs pork loin roast shopping list
- 1 (16 oz) can cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves shopping list
- 2 tbsp cornstarch shopping list
- 2 tbsp cold water shopping list
How to make it
- Place pork roast in slow cooker. In medium bowl,mash cranberry sauce;stir in cranberry sauce,juice,mustard & cloves.Pour over raost.Cover & cook on low for 6-8 hrs.Remove raost & keep warm.Skim fat from juices,measure 2 cups,adding water if necessary,pour into saucepan.Bring to boil over medium-high heat.Combine cornstarch,add cold water to make a paste,stir into gravy.cook & stir until thickened, season with salt & pepper (to your taste. Serve immediately.. the gravy is yummy over creamy mashed potatoes.
