Yummy banana bread, make sure the bananas are ripe.

Ingredients
  • 4oz margarine
  • 6oz sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 8oz self-raising flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 6oz sultanas
  • 3oz walnuts

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor but take care not to blitz the sultana and walnuts too finely.
  3. Divide between two lined loaf tins.
  4. Bake for approx 50 mins until ready.
