Ingredients

Flaky biscuits (two cans)

Shredded cheese

1 pound of lean ground beef

taco seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Cook ground beef until crumbly and drain.

Mix taco seasoning into beef as directed on package.

In 9x13 pan, coat with non-cooking spray-then tear apart one can of biscuits and layer bottom of pan.

Sprinkle about one cup of cheese on biscuits.

Sprinkle ground beef on top of cheese and biscuits.

On top of beef, layer out second can of biscuits.

Sprinkle rest of cheese on top of beef.

Cover layers with second can of biscuits, lightly flatten.

Place in oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes (flatten biscuits with fork halfway through baking) Cook until biscuits lightly browned on top.
