Quick And Delicious Chili

- 1 Lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 can kidney beans (rinsed and drained) shopping list
- 1 can pinto beans (rinsed and drained) shopping list
- 1 Can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies (drained) shopping list
- 1 16 Oz. can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 16 Oz. Can Fat Free refried beans shopping list
- 1 Medium onion (diced) shopping list
- 1/2 bell pepper (diced) shopping list
- 1 clove Garlic (minced) or 1 Teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon celery salt shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 Cups water shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper.
- Add garlic and spices when beef is fully browned and saute for 1 minute.
- Add water and refried beans and stir until the refried beans are fully incorporated.
- Add remaining ingredients to saucepan and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes for flavors to marry and the beans to get tender.
- Makes 5 large bowls
- Substitute 1 can of Diced Tomatoes for Ro-Tel if you want less heat.
