This is a simple and typical Chinese dish. My grandma used to cook this during her old days. The only difference is she cooked with a lot more sauce than meat, as life was not so easy at her times.

Wow! in my culture, we also have this recipe. we call it sweet meat in Hmong. I love this dish. We make it for special occassions. :D
