Braised Pork In Soy Sauce

- 600g pork belly shopping list
- 1 whole garlic (peeled) shopping list
- 4 Chinese mushroom (soak for 30 mins and slice them) shopping list
- 4 Pre- boiled eggs shopping list
- 1 spoonful dark soy sauce shopping list
- 10 spoonful light soy sauce shopping list
- 1 spoonful of oyster sauce (optional) shopping list
- 2 spoonful sugar shopping list
- Pinch of Peppar shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate the pork and mushroom with oyster sauce, pepper(a pinch) , dark & light soy sauce(1 spoon each)
- Heat up little oil
- Stir fry garlic till fragrant
- Add in marinated pork and mushroom, stir fry for 5 mins
- Add in sugar before transferring to the pot for braise
- Add in enough water to cover the meat in the pot
- Add in the pre-boiled eggs
- Braise in middle flame for an hour and more
- When sauce is thicken and the pork is tender, serve with rice
