How to make it

  • Combine the paste ingredient together with the chilli paste.
  • Heat oil on a pan sautee the paste ingredient , galangal and lemon grass until the paste ingredient cook and oil rise from the paste.
  • Add the pre fried chicken and fried potatoes, mix well with the paste ingredient.
  • Add the ketchup and water.
  • Cook until the gravy thicken and chicken done.
  • Finally add sugar and salt to taste.
  • Garnish with peas and shallots.
