Light and Zesty Chicken and Rice

- 4 chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 16 oz. (1 bag) frozen vegetables [carrots, water chesnuts, broccoli, red pepper] shopping list
- 2 cans fried onion rings shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. Italian dressing shopping list
- cooked rice (still figuring out how much) shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken in baking pan.
- Pour Italian dressing over chicken.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Put rice, vegetables and 1 can of fried onion rings around and under the chicken.
- Combine broth and Italian seasoning and pour over the top of the chicken.
- Bake at 400 degrees for another 25 minutes.
- Put the rest of the fried onion rings and bake for another 2-3 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes.
