Leftover Turkey Soup Recipe
A soup you can do if you do when you have leftover turkey from the holidays. Tastes great with warrm rolls.

Ingredients
  • 1-2 lb. Leftover cooked turkey (you could even leave the bone on for extra flavor)
  • 3 potatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. lentils
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chicken herb seasoning (I usually use McCormick Roasting Rub)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 Bouillon cubes

Directions
  1. Fill large pot with 6 cups of water and 3 bouillan cubes.
  2. Bring to a boil until cubes are dissolved.
  3. Add potatoes, lentils, carrots, and turkey bay leaves and seasonings into boiling water.
  4. Turn down temp
  5. Simmer gently with lid tilted for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
