Ingredients
  • 2 - 8oz packages of softened cream cheese or neufchatel cheese
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tsp of Ortega Taco Sauce (medium or hot heat works best)
  • 15 large thin slices of fine quality deli ham
  • 15 large thin slices of deli provolone cheese
  • 3 cups of washed spinach (opt)

Directions
  1. Mix together cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and taco sauce ensuring to blend well.
  2. Spread about 4 to 5 heaping tablespoons on one flour torilla (make sure you spread evenly and out to the edges)
  3. Layer on ham and add provolone on top, enough to cover entire tortilla
  4. Add thin layer of spinach (this is optional)
  5. Tightly roll up tortilla and slice into 12 1 1/2 inch slices.
  6. Should produce about 96 pinwheels but if you cut them larger you'll have a smaller yield.
  7. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
