How to make it

  • Soak the cod-fish in cold water for about 72 hours
  • Peal skin and remove bones
  • Cook cod-fish in big pot about 2 hours
  • cook potato separately
  • Place both in to the large bowl and ad parsley,garlic,paper,salt,olive oil,milk,onion and mix until the dish is almost the paste

    Wish dried cod fish were available here. This sounds like a wonderful recipe! It is so very special for families to have tradition on Christmas Eve!
