Orange Pork Stirfry

- 1 pound pork tenderloin cut into very thin strips shopping list
- 1 bag of frozen Chinese mixed veggies (thawed a bit) shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1/3 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tbsp EVOO shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cornstarch, orange juice, teriyaki sauce, mustard, and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.
- In a large frying pan or wok stir fry pork in EVOO until no longer pink.
- Add vegetables to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in orange juice mixture and add to the pan. Bring to a boil and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.
- Serve over hot rice.
