Orange Pork Stirfry Recipe
Orange juice makes this simple stirfry so delicious. You can add any vegetables that you choose, fresh or frozen. Serve it over rice and it makes the perfect no hassle dinner.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin cut into very thin strips
  • 1 bag of frozen Chinese mixed veggies (thawed a bit)
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp EVOO

Directions
  1. Combine cornstarch, orange juice, teriyaki sauce, mustard, and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan or wok stir fry pork in EVOO until no longer pink.
  3. Add vegetables to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Stir in orange juice mixture and add to the pan. Bring to a boil and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.
  5. Serve over hot rice.
