How to make it

  • Combine cornstarch, orange juice, teriyaki sauce, mustard, and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • In a large frying pan or wok stir fry pork in EVOO until no longer pink.
  • Add vegetables to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until tender.
  • Stir in orange juice mixture and add to the pan. Bring to a boil and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.
  • Serve over hot rice.
