How to make it

  • Wash and dry turkey pieces
  • Blend dry ingredients (except celery seed) in a small bowl
  • Dredge turkey into dry ingredients
  • Heat oil in frying pan
  • Add turkey and brown evenly on all sides on med.-high heat
  • Stir together sweet and sour sauce, OJ concentrate, vinegar, Worcestershire and celery seed
  • Place meat in shallow baking dish
  • Spoon chili mixture over turkey
  • Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 60-90 minutes or until turkey is tender
  • Baste once or twice w/sauce in bottom of pan
