Fruit stuffing for roast turkey

Perfect for roast turkey side dish. Cooked on the side and not stuffed while turkey is roasting.
Ingredients
- 1. butter, 2 tbsp shopping list
- 2.olive oil, 3 tbsp shopping list
- 3. italian seasoning, 1 tbsp shopping list
- 4.white bread, 1 loaf-crust removed, cut into crouton size shopping list
- 5. Fuji or green cooking apples, 6 pcs- peeled .cored, and cubed shopping list
- 6.canned peaches, 1 can-drained and cubed shopping list
- 7. 1 cup all purpose cream shopping list
- 8. 2 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 9. thyme herbs, 1 tbsp shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Heat saute pan and add olive oil
- 2. Saute apples till soft, when soft add peaches.
- 3. Add chicken broth and continue mixing in medium heat
- 4. add bread crumbs continue to saute till bread becomes soggy.
- 5. add cream and herbs, mix till well blended.
- 6. turn off heat then season with salt and pepper to taste.
