A new kick on meatloaf, using something other then regualr old tomamto sauce.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • bbq sauce (any style)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box chicken stuffing

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. mix egg dry stuffing and about 1/4 of a cup of bbq sauce with beef and mix well with hands
  3. form into meat loaf
  4. coat meat loaf in bbq sauce and bake 45 mins till an hour
