  • CLEAN THE BELL PEPPERS & SLICE TO 1/2 INCH
  • SAME WITH THE ONION
  • SLICE THE GARLIC (NOT TOO THIN)
  • IN A LARGE FRYING PAN HEAT THE OIL, ADD THE GARLIC, FRY JUST A MINUTE, (NOT TOO LONG, IT WILL GET DARK DURING COOKING), ADD THE BELL PEPPERS, ONION, OLIVES, CAPERS & ANCHOVIES, COOK 10 MINUTES, ADD THE VINEGAR, SALT & RED HOT PEPPER & COOK ANOTHER 5 MINUTES OR AS YOU LIKE IT.
  • ENJOY IT
