- 1 green bell pepper shopping list
- I ORANGE bell pepper shopping list
- I LARGE onion shopping list
- 1/4 CUP extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/5 CUP Spanish olives, (PITTED) shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOON OF capers shopping list
- 4 ENCHOVIES FILLETS shopping list
- 4 (OR MORE) LARGE garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/4 CUP balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 TEASPOON (OR MORE) RED hot pepper shopping list
- salt TO TASTE shopping list
How to make it
- CLEAN THE BELL PEPPERS & SLICE TO 1/2 INCH
- SAME WITH THE ONION
- SLICE THE GARLIC (NOT TOO THIN)
- IN A LARGE FRYING PAN HEAT THE OIL, ADD THE GARLIC, FRY JUST A MINUTE, (NOT TOO LONG, IT WILL GET DARK DURING COOKING), ADD THE BELL PEPPERS, ONION, OLIVES, CAPERS & ANCHOVIES, COOK 10 MINUTES, ADD THE VINEGAR, SALT & RED HOT PEPPER & COOK ANOTHER 5 MINUTES OR AS YOU LIKE IT.
