Pork Tenderloin With Onion-Balsamic Sauce Recipe
This is a favorite at my house. It goes great with green beans and mashed potatoes or rice.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • Onion Balsamic sauce
  • Onion Balsamic sauce:
  • 3 large purple onions, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 beef bullion cube

Directions
  1. Combine first three ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip top plastic bag; add tenderloins. Cover or seal and chill 2 hours.
  2. Remove tenderloins from marinade and discard marinade.
  3. Grill, covered with grill lid over high heat(400 - 500) 6 to 71/2 minutes on each side or until thermometer registers 160.
  4. Serve with onion balsamic sauce.
  5. Onion-balsamic sauce:
  6. Cook onion in a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
  7. Stir in sugar; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
  8. Add wine, vinegar, and boullion; cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until liquid is reduced by half. Yield = about 1 cup.
  9. Serve with tenderloin.

Yummy...I love tenderloins on the grill...;D Bookmarked for when I can get through the snow to it.
