How to make it

  • Sift flour, salt, and baking soda together.
  • Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugars.
  • Add egg and vanilla; blend well.
  • Gradually add flour mixture, blending all ingredients.
  • Fold in chocolate, butterscotch chips and pecans.
  • Drop from a teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies

    WOW! I was in the mood for makin' some good cookies, and just found the ONE! Thanks Debbie for sharing this,, and I can't believe it, I actually have just enough butterscotch chips to make these. And then that is the end of my American stash of Butterscotch chips.. I wonder how this would be with the cinnamon chips when I run out of the butterscotch chips? What ya think? I'll even share some with ya if ya like :-) THANKS MUCHO!
