Ingredients
  • CHICKEN LAYER:
  • 1lb ground chicken, turkey or beef (raw)
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1/2 large onion, diced & sauteed
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • SQUASH LAYER:
  • 1 med. butternut squash (baked/steamed until soft or cubed)
  • 1/2 large onion, diced & sauteed
  • 2 T mayo (SCD homemade mayo)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Puree the squash layer and set aside in a bowl.
  2. Next, mix/puree the meat layer (if you're not weird about meat texture) and set aside in a separate bowl.
  3. Then, layer the meat mixture with the squash mixture alternately in greased glass pan: squash, chicken, squash.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 1 hour (when the meat layers are done).
