Champeach Sorbet

- 1 cup water shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cups pureed peaches shopping list
- 1 T lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup champagne shopping list
How to make it
- Make sugar syrup by dissoving sugar in one cup water. boil covered for 5 minutes. Cool. Peel and mash peaches until a puree ( can use a blender for better results. Add lemon juice and Champagne to sugar and peaches and freeze in a ice cream blender or ice trays until frozen
