  • Make sugar syrup by dissoving sugar in one cup water. boil covered for 5 minutes. Cool. Peel and mash peaches until a puree ( can use a blender for better results. Add lemon juice and Champagne to sugar and peaches and freeze in a ice cream blender or ice trays until frozen
