Bagna Cauda

- 1/2c olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 4-6 garlic cloves, very thinly sliced shopping list
- 7oz anchovies shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil and butter in pot over low heat. Add garlic and anchovies and cook until anchovies "melt" into a paste, about 10 minutes. Keep warm and serve with raw vegetables and bread for dipping.
