- 1 cups whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1cup pastry flour shopping list
- • 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- • 3 very ripe bananas, mashed shopping list
- • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup shopping list
- • 1 cup milk shopping list
- • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract shopping list
- • 1/3-1/2 cup dried cranberries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon, and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine the mashed bananas, maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and dried cranberries, mixing well. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring until just combined (if the batter seems too thick, add a little more milk).
- Pour the batter into a 9"x5" loaf pan (be sure to coat it first with nonstick cooking spray!) and bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
