Potato Soup

- 4 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1 small onion, Chopped shopping list
- 2 Stalks of celery, Sliced shopping list
- 2-3 Large potatoes, Cubed shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 2 Tbs beef Boullion Grandules shopping list
- 1 Cup Half and Half shopping list
How to make it
- Take Butter, Onion and Celery and cook until tender
- Add Potatoes, Water and Bullion
- Bring to slow boil until Potatoes are done.
- Reduce to Low heat.
- Add Half and Half [can be replaced with 1/2 Cup of milk and 1/2 cup heavy cream]
- DO NOT BOIL, heat half and half slowly on simmer
