My mom made this for me when I was little because I wouldn't eat anything except meat and potatoes! I made it for my kids and it's been a favorite through many years!

Ingredients
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled
  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 can favorite veggies (I usually use corn)
  • Worsteshire sauce
  • onion flakes (if desired)
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. boil potatoes and prepare as regular creamed potatoes
  2. crumble & brown hamburger meat, drain
  3. lower heat and add salt,pepper, onion flakes and Worsteshire sauce to taste. ( I also use a little garlic salt)
  4. Add can of veggies to meat mixture and cook on low for about 5 minutes.
  5. Put a big scoop of mashed potatoes on plate making a "hole" in the middle.
  6. Fill "hole" with meat/veggie mixture.
  7. Serve with buttered dinner rolls and salad!
