I had this when I was a kid at a friend's house and thought it was so good. Found the recipe again recently and was excited again to try it!

Ingredients
  • 4 c. whole milk
  • 1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 t. of vanilla flavoring
  • dash of salt
  • 3 c. corn flakes
  • 3/4 c. melted butter

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together except corn flakes and buter with electric mixer.
  2. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  3. Top with corn flakes and spoon melted butter on top.
  4. Bake at 325 F for 35 min.

Wow - I have heard of Grape Nuts pudding but never Corn Flake pudding. I cannot wait to try it!
