This is such a quick and easy dish. It's a great leftover user. It's good cold ,too so you can send it with your husband on his fishing trips.

Ingredients
  • 4 cans of sliced potatoes
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 2 cups cooked, cut chicken or turkey
  • 2 cups of wild rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, brown potaoes and onions in butter. Add th erest of the ingredients and enjoy.
