  • combine all ingredients for koftas in a bowl refridg for at least 1 hr
  • combine all ingredients for yoghurt refridg until needed
  • Divide meat mixture into 12 and shape around skewer
  • Heat grill plate on high and cook about 10min turning often
  • do not burn
  • Pile 3 skewers on plates drizzle with yoghurt serve with couscous salad
  • combine couscous and water in a large serving bowl stand for 10min. Fluff up with fork add remaining ingredients
