Bbq Lamb koftas and couscous salad

- 1kg lamb mince shopping list
- 1 clove garlic crushed shopping list
- 1 med onion peeled finely choped shopping list
- 1tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper shopping list
- 2tbls coriander leaves finely chopped shopping list
- 2tbls mint finely chopped shopping list
- 1tbls ground paprika shopping list
- 1tbls ground cumin shopping list
- 1tbls ground coriander shopping list
- 1/2 ts cayenne pepper shopping list
- 12metal skewers or wooden soaked for about 1hr. shopping list
- SPICY yoghurt shopping list
- 250ml Greek yoghurt shopping list
- 1 clove garlic crushed shopping list
- 1/2ts cumin,coriander,chives and mint,ground. shopping list
- 1/4ts cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1ts grated lemon rind shopping list
- 1ts lemon juice 1/2 ts salt shopping list
- 1/2ts pepper shopping list
- couscous SALAD shopping list
- 1 cup couscous shopping list
- 1cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup raisins shopping list
- 2tbls lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup toasted flaked almonds shopping list
- 2tbls toasted pine nuts shopping list
- 2tbls toasted pistachios shopping list
- 2tbls chopped coriander shopping list
- 1/2red onion sliced shopping list
- 2-3tbls olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- combine all ingredients for koftas in a bowl refridg for at least 1 hr
- combine all ingredients for yoghurt refridg until needed
- Divide meat mixture into 12 and shape around skewer
- Heat grill plate on high and cook about 10min turning often
- do not burn
- Pile 3 skewers on plates drizzle with yoghurt serve with couscous salad
- combine couscous and water in a large serving bowl stand for 10min. Fluff up with fork add remaining ingredients
