How to make it

  • Boil eggs then let stand under cold water.
  • Peel eggs and slice in half (lengthwise) place yolks in separate bowl.
  • Add rest of ingredients to your specific taste-mix well.
  • Add yolk mixture to white of eggs and put eggs in refrigerator to chill until your dinner or event occurs.
  • *A good rule of thumb is to plan on 2 eggs per person
