This is great on a cold winter night. Nothing like a bowl of soup to warm you up.

Ingredients
  • 12 asparagus stalks, washed, cut in pieces
  • 1 pound spinach, washed, chopped
  • 4 potatoes, peeled, quartered
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup milk, scalded
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients, except the milk, in a kettle & cover
  2. Let boil for 30 minutes
  3. Pass through a sieve
  4. Add the milk
  5. Serve
