Ingredients
  • 1 large Cabage, Head
  • 3 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 pint Rice ; cooked
  • 1/4 cup Onion ; diced
  • 3 cans Tomato Soup ; diluted

Directions
  1. Steam cabbage in microwave on high for 7-10 minutes or until peelable.
  2. Mix meat, rice and onion together in a large bowl.
  3. Place a good size ball of meat mixture at the core end of the cabbage leaf and begin to roll the leaf so that it is wrapping itself around the meat mixture.
  4. place in a pot for cooking
  5. Cover bottom of pot with excess cabbage cut up, then put in cabbage rolls.
  6. Pour tomato soup over cabbage.
  7. Cover.
  8. Can be cooked on top of the stove for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on a low boil.
  9. If using a pressure cooker set control at 15 pounds and cook for 12 minutes after control jingles. Cool cooker normally for 5 minutes then place under faucet.
  10. If cooking in oven, cook at 325°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours on a low boil.
