Stuff dried Oyster

This is a dish my hubby's cousin sister learnt from her mother in law. Taste good when you add to some chinese herbal soup or even chicken soup. The original recipe is only with fish, but I added pork in it instead.
Ingredients
- 50g of pork (marinate with salt, pepper, oyster sauce and sesame oil) shopping list
- 40g of fish (only the meat) shopping list
- 100g of dried oyster (soaked with a few change of water to remove sand) shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon of corn starch shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of water shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Minced the fish and pork together with the cornstarch and water (I had used the blender).
- Wrap the dry oyster with the mixture.
- Deep fry the oyster wrapped with the pork and fish mixture.
